You are hereby notified that upon a final
settlement of the estate of said deceased, had
in the Probate Court. of said County and Ter
rltnrr nn rhfi 15th dav of March. A. D. 1869.
a balance of nine hundred and thirteen dollars
and eighty-eight cents, was found due said
estate, and remaining in the'hands of Soloman
Warner, the administrator thereof.
The undersigned having been appointed by
said Probate Court, as an agent to take pos
session and charge of said moneys -and having
given bond as required by law, will hold the
same for the term of one year subject to the
claim and demand of the lawful heirs of said
deceased.
A t the expiration of oneyear, said moneys
if uncalled for, will be paid into the Territorial
Treasury of said Territory in accordance
with the statutes in -such cases made and pro
vided. Tucson , March 19th 1S69.
