the plaintiff and serve a copy of your

The obiect of this action is to obtain
a ludgment in favor of the plaintiff,
against the said defendants, Pearl M.
Coleman and Charles O. Coleman, her
husband, for the sum of $1,600.00, to
gether with interest thereon at the rate
of 8 per cent per annum from the 26th
day of August, 1911, together with an
attorney's fee and costs and disburse
ments and to foreclose that certain
mortgage given by said defendants
on the 26th day of August, 1910,
to said plaintiff, to secure said amount,
upon Lot 9, Block 10, of The Baker Ad
dition to the city of Seattle;
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19 and 20, in Block 1;
Lot 1, Block 4, Map of Ellis' Addition
to Cliautauqua, all in King County,
Washington, and to foreclose and de
termine all right, title and interest of
each and all of said defendants in and
to said lands and premises, and every
part thereof.
