FROZEN DELICACIES I (made id electric refrigerators) i Old-Fashioned Peppermint Delight 1-2 pound peppermint sticks , 2 cups milk I 1 tablespoon gelatine { 2 tablespoons cold water , 1 cup cream ’ Soften the gelatine In cold water, Scald tne milk and dissolve the pep4 permint sticks in It. add the gelatine. Cool until it thickens, then whip until foamy: whip the cream and fold with the peppermint mixture. Place In the refrigerator tray for 4 hours Serve with a garnish of whipped cream and tiny peppermln^ candles. Frozen Pomegranate Punch , 1 u-i.-poon gelatine K , 2 tauieapoons cold water 3-4 cup boiling water 1 glass (9 oz.) erab apple jell/ 1 1 1-2 cups orange juice I Juice of one lemon 2 egg whites Soak gelatine in cold water. Pouif boiling water over crab apple Jelly: add soaked gelatine. Combine wlttt Juices. Place In refrigerator for 8 or 4 nours: stir at Intervals.
