San Francisco Market Review.
Ban Francisco, Oct. 11. —The vegetable
market opened slow, with supplies of all kinds
plentiful. Cucumbers are doing better for
pickling.
Fresh fruits aro moderately active. Wine
grapes are weaker today for all varieties.
Peaches were plentiful but the demand is
light, on account of poor quality. Table grapes
are slow. Melons are scarce. Some lemons
and pomegranates were received today from
Los Gatos. Strawberries are lower.
The high price of fresh fancy butter hns
checked the demand, and pickled roll has been
benefited.
Eggs of all kinds are weak and dull, under
heavy stocks.
