The Ritualistic party iu the Epis copal Church achieved a remarkable victory yesterday, iu the New Jersey. The question of allowing improvements was strongly argued in the Supreme Court of the United States by Messrs. Dreut and May, two of the able.-t law years that have been engaged against uie, and the result of the decision in this case allowed uo improvements whatever to the contestants, but on the contrary, decreed that I should be placed iu possession of my property, and r iceive back rents and profits. Thie decree was sustained in the Hen niog case, delivered in I8C1, and en dorsed by the Supreme Court of the United States in April laet, iu its deei sion agaiust the city of New . Orleans, and other cases that '"the queiUoas of law and fact applicable to Iter rights were determine'! in the case of Gaines vs. llenniug. OFFER MY COMPROMISE.
