For like the strains of martial music,
Their mighty thoughts surest
Life's endless toil and endeavor,

shall be as many tickets corresponding in

there are prizes, these liesets shall be de
posited iu the w heels bv a board of supervi
sors. who shalibe appointed by the Direc
tors, alter which 1'ie w heel shall he sealed
up and placed in any hank iu the city, the
Directors may direct, until the lime of draw
inir. w hen the supervise rs shall bring the
wheels to tht tlrawiuir. break the seals and
the draw ing shall de disposed of by taking it
ticket from each wheel, at the same time and
the piie ticket taken from the prize wheel
sha;i designate the prize drawn l.y the ticket
corresponding in number to the one taken
from the number wheel at the same time.
The wheel shall b we!! shaken alter each
ticket is drawn.
Sec. 11. The Directors shall designate the
time and place of drawing, at which time
and place the supervisor- shall be required
to be present and see that the drawing is
conducted entirely equitable.
A 15oard of Supervisors, will be appointed
w ho w ill have exclusive control and tnaiu
aircment of the diawinir. They will condii' t
the distribution and see that each per-v.i
legally invested with the property he may
draw. A duplicate registry nf the t.ekets
