The name of the builders (Middaugh & Shannon, Inc.,) constitutes your best a
surance as to the character of the construction throughout these homes. MIDDAUGH
& SHANNON, Inc., have built more expensive homes, but never have they offered
the public a greater home value for so little money $4,500, on' easy terms.
Look to the location of your home! Park View is the highest spot in thu city, in
view of the Capitol and overlooking Washington's most beautiful pleasure park, the
beautiful grounds of the Soldiers' Home, that stretch away into the distance farther
than the eye can see. Right here is located just your kind of a home, and the his
tory of all cities teach us that the greatest increases in realty values are always to
be found adjoining the large parks.
TO INSPECT Take Ninth Street cars to Park Road; walk one square east to
Warder street and one square north to Newton street, or telephone Main 2-3-4-5, our
selling agents, who will be pleased to put their automobile service at your command.

that will eventually come into this neighborhood and
pay an advanced price.
You should act quickly because these homes
represent virtually the last modern 6-room for sale in
the 14th street section of Columbia Heights. Bear that
in mind. And the 14th street section of Columbia
Heights is the basis of value of this most desirable
section of the city in which to live.

Two-story back porches and good-size back yards.
No other word so appropriately describes the in
