New Anti-Tuberculosis
Regulations Planned
Additional health regulations for the
prevention of tuberculosis are under
consideration by the Commissioners
The proposed regulations provide that
thut no person known to be suffering
from pulmonary or other communicable
forms of tho disease shall occupy fo-
blccplng purposes a room occupied by
another person not suffering from some
f 01 in of tuberculosis. It Is ptovidcd also
that a tuberculosis patient, who is able
to procure a bed for his Individual use,
shall bo prohibited from occupying a
bed used by a person free from tno dis
ease. Section three requires patients to
keep in the apartments occupied by
them suitable receptacles for disinfect
ing purposes.
The fourth section provides that no
tuberculosis patient shall expec'oiato
upon any floor, wall, or part of any
