C, Alexandria's Toremost athletic organization, has completed a most successful basketball season, losing but three games out of fifteen played against some of the strongest dulnts in tills section. The best of prospects are entertained for another banner campaign next winter. The Maroon and Gray scored 650 points against 253 for their opponents. The Good Shepherds and Aloyslus were the only teams to defeat the Alexan dria boys, the latter team taking two games, the last by a single point af ter a hot battle. The largest score run up -by tho Cardinals was 62 points, against Carroll Institute. The season opened with a defeat. 25 to 16, at the hands of tho Good Shep herds. Harry Shalln was then placed at center, but Alosius came along with a 31-to-13 victory and it was seen that the Cardinals required a real coach. Charles R.
