Pullman today from J. M. Brough ton. chief of police of Portsmouth, Va., asks that search be made In Washing ton for relatives of Thomas McKeen, fifty-eight, who died In the Portsmouth jail yesterday afternoon. McKeen was arrested early last week on a charge of vagrancy. Ho said that he was a car penter. He Is described as weighing 190 pounds and very gray for his age. He wore a mustache and beard.
