The Fostorfice Department today announced that the National War Savings Committee of the Treasury Department has concluded an ar rangement with the Boy Scouts, who will work under what is known as the "Red Tost Card Plan." A aeries of .wards are to be given the Boy Scouts who take the largest total of orders, and Instructions today were sent to all postmasters and postal employes to co-operate fully and to assist in every way practicable to further the efforts of the scouts inthe sale of the tamps.
