Doermann, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, Thirteenth and Corcoran streets northwest, died last night at his hohie, 007 Westminster street north west Death came as a result of a stroke of paralysis. He was fifty-five years old. Dr. Doermann had been pastor 6t the Grace Church for twenty-cix years and was well known to hun dreds of Washington people. He was born in southern Illinois, where he received his early training. Ho was a graduate of Concordia College, Fort Wayne, lnd., and the Theological Seminary of Capital University, Co lumbus. Ohio. He came to Washing ton from Graham, Va., where he had been acting as an instructor in the cchoels. Dr. Doermann is surviyed by his wife, Mrs. Rosa, Doermann, and a son, John E." A. Doermann. jr. CHARLES H. WESER. The funeral of Charles H. "Weser, a life-long1 resident and business man of this city, will he held from his home, 1S20 Wyoming avenue north west, at 31 o'clock Monday morning-. Mr. Weser .died Thursday after a week's, illness. Mr. Weser was born in South Wash, ington at the beginning of the civil war. He attended the Washington public schools and upon tho death of his father took over a fish and oyster business at Twelfth and E streets northwest, which had been founded during the war. , . Mr. Weser was a director of the Franklin National Bank of this city. He was a member of Pentalpha Lodge, No. 23, of Masons! He is sur vived by his wife, Mrs. Fannie B. Weser. and a son, tieutcnant Herbert F. Weser, who is with the American army of occupation in Germany. OLIVER H. COFFIN. Funeral services for Oliver H. Cof fin, a member of the Metropolitan police force for tw.enty-four years, aro being held this afternoon at Met ropolitan Baptist Church, Sixth and A streets northeast.
