It is the largest American fraternal organiza tion. It numbers among its members men who are prominent in all walks . of life men who have reached the top in their chosen lines of endeavor as well as men in humbler walks of life. There is no class distinction in the Elks'- order. Neither creeds, politics, nor business in fluence the order. It is a big organization of broad-minded men who look for the MAN in their brother rather than his station, rank or fortune. Washington Lodge No; 15, is conducting a drive for new members. Already more than 500 candidates have been accepted, many of whom have been initiated. The success of the drive seems assured, and it is ex pected that they will quickly achieve their goal The handsome home of Washington Lodge, No. 15, B. P. O. EM at 9i9 H St. N. W., one of the most beautiful buildings in Elkdom. It is as fine inside as out.
