' And from the Public Library, past Thomas Circle, then Scott, Du pont. and Sheridan Circles and on be yond trie American University it is literally true that you will not find a residence but what Is entitled to the term "class." Most of the undeveloped land lying along Massachusetts avenue all the way to American University has al ready been sold for building or specu lative purposes. However, the firm of Allan E. Walker & Co., Inc., have just announced the sale of a limited number of home sites at University Park, immediately adjoining the grounds of the American University, and right along Massachusetts avenue. Aside from the fact that University Park is "Massachusetts avenue prop erty," the immediate surroundings are an assurance of the continuation of that quality for which the "Bay State" street has long been famous. Univer sity Park not only adjoins the grounds of the American University, which is Just beyond the Westover estate of Charles.C. Glover, but is within a few blocks of stately Mt. Vernon Semi nary, and nearby is the Immaculate Seminary. Motorists will find Uni versity Park much nearer the city's business and shopping center than Chevy Chase Circle, and it is reached by street car, either by transferring from Wisconsin avenue cars at Ma combe street direct to the property. "Right now is the time to buy at University Park," said a representa tive of the firm. "With the develop ment that is bound to come here, and to come quickly, present purchasers will enjoy the advantages of that de velopment and avoid the advance in prices which is bound to follow."
