Police Seek Slayer Os Affray Victim Louis Busey, colored, 25, of 811 Twenty-fourth St. N. W., was shot and killed during a street fight last night at Twenty-third Street and Virginia Avenue Northwest. Police are searching for Joseph Sanders, colored, 50, of 2419 F St. N. W„ who, they say, fired the fatal shot. The reason for the fight was not learned. 8 YEARS IN PEN FOR SLAYER LEESBURG, Va., Jan. 11.—Vir gil E. Clough, taxi driver of Blue mont, found guilty of murder in the second degree, has been sen tenced to serve eight years in the State penitentiary. The trial heard 57 witnesses. Clough, 35, is married and has five children. He was charged with the murder on August 11, 1931, of Clayton Littleton, 29, also of Bluemont. ’ Testimony centered about the alleged relations between Mrs. Clayton Littleton and Clough. Clough maintained that Little ton first attacked him when he was attempting to enter his parked automobile. He shot Lit tleton.
