JOHN KDWA1I) HELLER, march 13-4w Trustee. | The Flood. Almost an 1884. Another flood has come and gone. This time the gauge showed 55 feet, just 5 feet and 2 tenths lower than the flood of 1884, and nearly three feet high er than the flood of last January. The flood of last week, how ever, proved more disastrous in loss of goods, etc., than that of any other, as most of our peo ple relied on the reports that not more than a 52 foot stage would he reached, and conse quently were caught. The deposit of mud on our streets is greater than ever be fore, and it will take some time to clean it off. Our citizens are already get ting things in shape and we will soon bo ready for business. Other towns in tho valley have suffered far greater loss than Point Pleasant. TRUSTEE'S SALE Of Beal Estate In Arbuckle District, Mason County, W Va.
