A delegation of the in cm bora of the Bar Asso ciation of Ibis county, beaded by Senator Bayard went to Dover, on Wednesday, to confer with the members of the Legislature and urge tbe paaaage of an act authorising the removal of the county aeat to Wilmington. There waa a meeting of the members of the Legislature held iu the Hall of the House of KeprcseuUtires, which waa forcibly addremed by Messrs Bavard, Harrington, Lore and Higgins.
