purchaser to put it into market, so that the
net revenues derived from transportation
of freight and passenger shall, in their
estimation be equal to six per centum per
annum on the capital stock expended In
the construction of said road above what
is necessary for the renewal and repairs of
said road, as authorised by the 20th section
of the act passed March 11th, 1SJ17.
