In accordance with tho action had at a mooting of the Ohio county bar association at a meeting held in tho court room Saturday afternoon, that organization will attend in a body. The remains will bo takon on tho 1:25 p. in. Baltimore & Ohio train to Romnov, Hampshire county, the deceased's old homo, whore they will bo buried besido tho members of his iamily who preceded hitn to tho crave. Boyd arose and formally announced the sudden death of ex-Governor John J. | Jncdb. He referred to tho long and honorable career of tho deceased, and as an exemplary connection with the Ohio county bar* He concluded his eulogy with tho motion that the court adjourn an a testimonial of respect for the departed. A formal order to this effect was entered upon tlio record and the court stood adjourned. Tho criminal court, Judge Jordan, likewise adjourned for the day. The bar association met at 2 o'clock, Judge Paull being called to tho chair and Major John W. Mitchell made secretary. Judge G. L. Cranraor introduced tho business for which tho attorneys had assembled, and after a few remarks moved tho appointment of s committee on resolutions to expres* the sentiments of the bar of the county. This resolution was adopted, and in accordance with its provisions the chair named Messrs. Cranmer, Russell and Hubbard as the committee. . On motion of Mr. W. P. Hubbard, a Committee of Arrangements consisting of .Messrs.
