SECTION 1. The Legiltative authority of thil
State shall be vested in a General Assembly
which shall cotusist of a Senate and a Hous

SEcTloN 4. The boundar4es of the several Ju
-dicial and Election Districts shall remain as
they are now established.
SECTION S. The House of Representatives
sball consist of one hundred and twenty four
Members, to be aprt rtioned amupg the several
Eloction Districts u,' the State, according to
the number of white inhabitante contained in
each, and the amount of all taxes raised by the
General Assembly. whether direct or indirect,
or of whatever species paid 1n each, deducting
therefrom all taxes paid on account of proper.
