[SK AX.]. L. R. WILLIAMS. Probate Judge of York county. Oct 2 t ?t A FOOLISH MAN Is said to be the one who sits down and cries for the moon. The wise man gets busy and tries to appropriate the earth. In stocks and bonds deals he employs a broker to buy and spll to best-advantage. SOME PEOPLE THINK It ridiculous to cry for the moon, but they will waste a lot of valuable time, and lose money also, by trying ' to avofd the payment of a small fee to a broker. There are people who think themselves wise, some are born wise, and some have wisdom thrust upon them by the teachings of experience.
