AT HAMILTON We stopped at the Parker House for dinner, of course, aud of course had tho very best of "grub" and plenty ©f of it. The good landlady was having a party there, in honor of her birthday. May her years yet be in the land, and happy all of then). Hamilton is a pleasant little town, well situated on high ground, ami well shaded. Its population we dttt not ascertain, but should guess it at 150 or 200. It has 3 stores, 1 hotel, 1 drug-store, 2 blacksmith shop*, 2 watfon shops, 1 shoe shop aud store, and 1 large nursery.
