The Nashville correspondent of the bni
caffo Times reports the railroad communi
cation to Louisville fully restored. The
Chattanooga road, which was nearly de
etroyed by the rebels in their flight, has
been fully repaired as far as Murfreesboro,
and is now being stocked from the North.
It has been strongly urged on Gov. John
son to levy a tax on the secession mer
chants at Nashville and viciniiy, to repair
