Indulgence in the abuses above cited have the tendency to undermine tlta e'ructure as it now eland. Men's minds are ripe for any change that will protni-e se curity and lessen the risk. Liquidation has been going on rapidly during the pat six weeks, and few liabilities have !en cre ated. The present moment 'is the most op portune for the abolition of alt tke tvrfs we name and many others that have been intro duced into the trade during the last decade, both in the commission and jobbing depart ment, while they have received niuek nour ishment from the speculative action in the markets for other merchandise. Let all be of one mind, and frotn this or some stated date agree to never indulge in such inconsist encies. What is lo be gained, is a question that is easily answered by asking: What has been gained? There is much room for improvement, and the sooner It is adopted the earlier will its influence tie felt and seen in every branch of the uade throughout the country. Panguokx, of the Kansas City 7iW, after naming half the male inhabitants of Kansas failed to predict the man for Sena tor. If anybody has ever used the through and scientific course of treatment recom mended by the proprietor of Dr. Sage's Catarrah IJcmcdy for the euro of Cata rrh and has not been perfectly cured, the proprietor. Dr. H. V. Pierce, would like to hear lroni that person, and be ad dressing him at the World's Dispensary Buffalo, N. Y., such person, if there be one, will hear of something to his or her advantage, as the Doctor is in earnest when he offers $r00 reword for a case of Catarrh be cannot cure, and is pcrfetly able to pay it if he fails in a single case, as anyone may ascertain upon enquiry. The thorough couree of treatment refer red to and recommended by Dr. Pierce consists in the use of Dr. Sage's Catarrh Hcmedy with Dr. Pierce's Nasal Douche wnich is the only means by which the fluid can be carried high up and applied to all parts of the nasal passages and the chambers connected therewith, in which ulcers exists and from which the dis charge proceeds. In addition to this through application of the Remedy, which should always be used warm, Dr. Pierce's Golden Medical Discovery should be taken carnally as a constitu tional treatment, without which few cases can be cured as the disease is al ways constitutional and must be treated accordingly. This treatment has no un pleasant features about it, and has the advantage of never driving the disease to the lunga as there is danger of so do ing by the use of strong, irritating snuffs orjxiisonoui solutions.
