This Court doth find that Fitch Landon, Esq., trustee of the estate of Henry Relnbart, of said Sharon, assigned for the benefit of his creditors, has given notice to all persons interested in said trust to appear before this Court this present day at o'clock in the forenoon to be heard relative to the appointment of commissioners to receive and decide upon the claims of the creditors of said estate; and no one appearing, this Court doth appoint Zacheus W. Bissell and Ambrose Board man to be such commissioners ; and this Court doth limit the time for the creditors of said estate to present their claims to said commissioners to two months from this date, and doth direct that said commissioners meet to receive and decide upon said claims, at the office of the Landon Iron Company, in said Sharon, on the 11th and St&th days of November next, at 9 o'clock A. M., on each of said days, and said trustee will give public no tice of this order, by advertising in a newspaper printed in Salisbury and in one printed in Litch field, and on a public sign-post in said Sharon near est the residence of said debtor.
