grandparents when she ob
tained a divorce from her first
husband. Since then she has
remarried and has two children
by her present husband.

Gertrude Fairbanks has been
granted a divorce in Common
Pleas Court from Herschel
Fairbanks, who, the court found
guilty of gross neglect of duty.
Plaintiff given custody of minor
children of the parties.
