Donald Green, 107 North St., Chardon, is seeking $1200 from the Fairmont Foods Co., Cleve land, as a result of claimed damages which he asserts are a result of an accident on Dec ember 13, 1954. Mr. Green stated his car protruded into North St. from a driveway, and that it was in that position be cause of snow and ice, when a truck owned by the company ran into it. The petition accuses the driver of speeding, failing i to keep the truck under control, and failing to divert the truck to avoid the accident. Dorothy Green of North St. has sued for $3000 in a separate suit for dam ages which she claims occured as a result of the same acci dent. Elsie T.
