She charges that, on a complaint issued by Spears charging her with removing an auto from Geauga County con trary to an agreement between them, she was arrested in Cleve land and imprisoned in the Ge auga County Jail. She was tried and aquitted in the court of Justice of the Peace Charles H. Hall. She suffered humilia tion, disgrace and great dam ages to her reputation, she as serts in her petition, and seeks $10,000 for compensatory dam ages and $10,000 for exemplary damages. The H. Kate Ridge is seeking possession of property which she claims is hers and which, according to her petition, has been kept from her by the Henrys. Joseph M. Kittering, Parma Heights is seeking an accounting in his case against Don R. Stev ens, Chardon. The accounting sought is one of the books of business transactions which took place while the two were in partnership. Kettering is also seeking a judgment for funds which may be found due him as a result of the accounting. Jerry Alan Petersen, a minor, by his father, Vernon Petersen, Chesterland, is seeking $10,40 from the Ohio Bell Telephone Co., Cleveland, as a result of an accident which occured in Chester on March 21.
