arrest of J. ltert Jackson upon charge
of cruelly beating two boys Miner

curred Wednesday on Lake st. Mr.
Jackson was driving In a buggy, nnd
claims that the boys hit him on the
head with snow balls. The father or
the boys nllegcs that Jackson Jumped
out of the buggy and thrashed tho

further that they were not guilty of
