Victorious in over 100 Field Trials !
New and Valuable Improvements-for 1884 !
The MCCORMICK TWINE BINDER has won a world-wide reputation for STRENGTH, DURA
BILITY and the superior quality of its work, and the machine for 1884 has been greatly improved.
Is very light draft and is so evenly balanced that there is positively no weight on the horses' necks.
It has the strongest and most perfect DRIVING GEAR. THE CUTTER BAR IS COLD ROLLED
IRON. The adjustable Reel and Binder, and the many other improvements on the McCormick
Binder have made it the leading machine. Be sure and see it. Sold by
EEHR" BROS. MERCANTILE CO., Abilene, Ran.
As Heretofore, the Marvelous Superiority of the Hodge Header
Is endorsed, sustained and emphasized by the wide-awake farmers of Dickinson county. This ma
chine is beyond all doubt the best Header manufactured in the United States. It will cut lower, and
higher, than any other Header made without stopping the team. It has an improved twisted Keel
which is a decided improvement over all others in taking up down and tangled grain. The new im
proved machine is by far the lightest draft Header in the field. Don't take our statement for it, but
enquire of the following farmers who are a few of the many who .used the Hodge Header last year :
