Know All Men by These Presents, That we, O. R. Clarko, Ira C. Hi'b bell, Victor Hugo Clnrke and Gar ner E. Hubbell, do hereby associate ourselves together for the purpose of forming a corporation under the laws of the state of New Mexico, and we do hereby certify: 1. That the name of this corpora tion shall be The Virginia Orchard Company. 2. The location of the principal office of said company shall bo r.t the ranch of said rompnny, about six mile south rf Central avenue, Albu querque, New Mexico, and O. R.
