Minnesota, to he lie Id at Mankato, in and for the Coun
ty of Blue Earth, on the fourth day of May next, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the trial of civil and
criminal cases and issues at law. And 1 hereby order
and direct that a panel of Grand Jurors, and also a
