Two of these expedi^^tious will start early to-morrow mornitig,^one for Divide and Jerry creeks, and the^other for Cicrmau gulch. These tri|^* will^each N quire four days. The other expe^^dition will not start until Tuesduy, and^will go to Xi x I'crce creek, the source of^the Anaconda company's supply. This^trip only n quires two days, and so this^expedition will get back about the same^time as the other*. The qualifications necessary^for appointment on the trip were, first,^that the man should be n representative^rit Zen ; second, that his judfmciit on the^quantity and quality of water should he^worth something; th rd.that he should be^able lo travel on snow shows; fourth,that^In- should be willing to uudurgo ex|h^sure^and privation in making the trip.
