Page 4 IPCALS Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Dellwo of Charlo were business callers on Monday. Keith Armstrong, employee of the Flathead Irrigation project is at Fort Harrison for awhile. Mrs. Jack Currie is assisting as a clerk in the hardware dept., of Gambles. She took over her duties, Monday, November 28. Mr. and Mrs. Mayson Fearon and Bill finished moving into their newly acquired home, on Monday of this week, * Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Aylesworth have moved to the Art Detert farm where they will reside until the Detert’s return from Mesa, Arizona. Mr. and Mrs. Art Phillips, her mother Mrs. Mae Rathbun and his mother, Mrs. Jessie Frey all of Missoula were callers in St. 1 Ignatius, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fisher and. family spent the Thanksgiving । holidays with her brother-in-la.W| and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Olson and family in Spokane. Karen Bristol, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bristol had the! misfortune to fracture her foot last week and missed a few days of school on account of the injury. Miss Metta Gould who was a guest of her cousin, Mrs. Joseph Mahe, and family last week, left! Saturday to visit her uncle, Ed son Gould at Dixon, after which she will continue onto her home in Illinois. O. M. Stenseth of Missoula was attending to business and renew ing acquaintances in this area Monday. Mr. Stenseth, for many years a resident of Lake county, recently had the distinction of winning first place in an old fid dlers’ contest at Ronan. He is in the employment of the U. S. Word has been received at the । Post that Mrs. James McCauley of Arlee has moved to Bonner. Mrs. McCauley, with her late hus band, are long time residents of I Arlee and the Flathead. Mr. Mc ' Cauley passed away about a year ago in November. One’ of their five daughters, Frances, is the wife of Roy Simkins, a brother of! Postmaster Jess Simkins. She and Roy live in Portland. Local Postmaster Announces Special Holiday Services Postmaster Jess B. Simkins announced Tuesday that service windows at the Post Office will be open from 8:30 a. m. until 5:30 p. m., including Saturdays to take care of the growing flood of outgoing Christmas cards and gifts. He says it looks as though this Christmas season will break all previous records and asks that you help ease the pressure by going to the Post Office before 1: a. m. or between 1:30 p. m. and 4:30 p. m. to mail your Christ mas cards and packages. Put first class postage on all of your Christmas cards, along with your return address. To speed their delivery, secure free hbels from the Post Office in dicating “all for local delivery’ and “all for out of town delivery” then sort and tie your cards in two separate bundles with the addresses all facing one way.
