The Mission Bulldogs meet the Eureka Lions at Eureka this Fri day night. Saturday night, they play at Libby. Nick Mariana has jt in his “Nicks Picks” that the Bulldogs will take the Lions by five, but that they will lose to ? the Loggers at Libby by 21'. Why Nick! Mr. and Mrs. N. M. Stubble field plan to leave this Saturday on their annual mid-winter vaca tion. Mrs. Stebblefield’s i sister, Mrs, Helen Knight of Kennewick, Washington, will arrive, Saturday morning and. accompany them/ They plan, to make their head quarters at Phoenix- Word comes from ’ Bozeman that Carlon A. Infanger has been nam ed area rural development spec ialist in western Montana. William Nelson, said to ’be 18, years old and from Geest Falls, created a disturbance in St. Ig n^tius Thursday night. He kicked over fire pots that were burning where new telephone and power poles are being erected, and hol lered and screamed with all his lung power. Caple of Dixon was a business and social caller in St. Ignatius today. , The fire departmen was called out this Thursday aPemoon when a chimney burned out at the new Ada Wimbush home. Luckily no damage of consequence resulted from the burning. Mrs. Naida Hudson, formerly a clerk at Dubay^s Ranch Market for several years and later a cook for the Jesuit Fathers at tho Mission, ^is now employed at The POST. She wall be at the news and business desks, and will as sist generally with the work of the paper. Howard J. Anderson and wife and two boys arrived recently at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Anderson. Howard was discharger recently from the navy at Norfolk, Va. On the way horn.?, they visited with Mrs. And erson’s parents at Senatobia, Mis sissippi. Howard says that he hopes to find employment and make this his home. Robert Beaver of Flairbanks, Alaska, arrived recently to vis it his father, Sam Beaver, and other relatives and friends. Bq© is a carpenter on government projects in the North, but strikes, cold weather, etc. have forced a shutdown'for the present. He is also a landscape artist of consid abje note and some of his paint ings have recently been exhibited in the East. B. F. W.
