grounds of absolute desertion, stating
that the said defendant, disregarding
the solemnity of her marriage vow,
wilfully and without cause, on or about
the 18th day of July, 1912, deserted
and abandoned the said plaintiff and
continues to live separate and apart
from him, without cause and without
sufficient reason, all of which is more
particularly set forth in the complaint
on file herein and made a part hereof
by reference.

tana, acting under the provisions of
an Act of Congress, approved Feb
ruary 28, 1891, has made application
for the selections of the following

ground that the same is more valua
ble for mineral than for agricultural
purposes, will be received and noted
for report to the General Land Office
at Washington, D. C. Failure to pro

said land before final approval will be
considered sufficient evidence of its
non-mineral character, and the selec
