Notice of Assessment on Stock.
Winnett Irrigation Company, a Mon
tana corporation, whose place of busi
ness is Lewistown, Montana. Notice
is hereby given that at a meeting of
the directors, held on the 6th day of
October, 1913, an assessment of 50
cents per share was levied upon the
capital stock of the corporation, pay
able November 21st, 1913, to George J.
Wiedeman, Treasurer, at Lewistown,
Montana. Any stock upon which the
assessment shall remain unpaid on
the 21st day of December, 1913, will
be delinquent and advertised for sale
at public auction, and unless payment
is made before, will be sold on the
9th day of January, 19-14, to pay the
delinquent assessment, together with
