cover judgment against the defend
ant Leanna Gahr, formerly Leanna
Bjordahl for the sum of $1500.00 and
interest thereon at the rate of 8 per
cent per annum from November 27,
1919 to November 27, 1920, and at the
rate of 10 per cent per annum from
November 27, 1920, and interest on
the sum of $120 at the rate of 10 per
cent per annum to November 27,1923;
for the sum of $127.38 and interest
thereon at the rate of 1 per cent per
month from January 19, 1920, taxes
paid; for the sum of $5.60 paid for
abstract, for the sum of $160.00 at
torney fees and for the cost of the
action; and to foreclose and determine
the lien of that certain mortgage made
and executed by Torkel C. Bjordahl
and Leanna Bjordahl, now Leanna
Gahr to Red Lodge State Bank, No
vember 27,1916, to secure the payment
of a certain promisory note and in
terest coupons thereto attached for the
sura of $1600.00, which said mortgage
was recorded in the office of the Coun
ty Clerk end Recorder of Carbon
County, Montana, December 2, 1915
in Book 18 of Mortgages Page 536
and thereafter duly assigned with said
promissory note to the plaintiff upon
