ADDITIONAL LOCALS of Luther was a busi William ness visitor in town Saturday. Seward Orton of Billings was a visitor in town Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Hussong spent the week end in Billings. The Misses Mary and Marie Favero returned Friday from a two weeks vacation spent at Butte. Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Northrop return ed the latter prat of last week from Yellowstone Park. Miss Ann Murdo expects to leave today for Roundup to take up her duties at the Roundup public schools. Mr. and Mrs. Wi B. Roysdon amj children spent Sunday picnicing in the Beartooths. Elsie Anderson returned Tuesday from Billings where she has been spending the past three weeks. Mrs. Walter Luhrsen and daughter Gertrude are visiting at the Walter Lamport home at Bearcreek this week. Mrs. W. B. Nutting returned from Billings Tuesday after spending sev eral days with her sister. Miss Margaret McCabe went to Great Falls Sunday where she will vis it with friends until the first of the week. M R. M. Porter returned Sunday from Cooke City where he has spent the summer as manager of one of the Shaw camps. Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Madsen and family returned Wednesday from a two weeks vacation spent at Tacoma and other coast cities. Dr. Riesland, the well known optical specialist, may be consulted about properly fitted glasses at Pollard Hotel, October 8, 9, 10,1,1 ; all day. 25-7 *1 *1 Tyymi Thompson and Ina Hannula returned Saturday from Yellowstone Park. They have been employed at Mammoth hotel. Wilbur Biggs, 31, of Shepard, Mon tana and Esther Rencher, 18, of Den ver, Colorado, were married by Chas. Wilson'Friday. Glenn B. Farrell, representative of the Burroughs Adding Machine Com pany from Billings, was a visitor at the W, B. Roysdon home Sunday. 1 Wesley Birt arrived Monday from Burlington, Washington to spend a few days visiting his aunt Mrs. M. E. Martin And family, and friends. Mary Whittington left for Helena Saturday after visiting at the home of her sister, Mrs. Robert Burns, for about a week. Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Columbus and son Jack motored to Billings in their new Buick coach Sunday. They re turned Monday. Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Hunt left Tues day for their home in Swan, Iowa after visiting for about three weeks at the home of Mrs. Hunt's parent«, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Newman. The Misses Lillian and Loretta Ja russi returned a week or so ago from Dillon where they completed their nor mal course and graduated in August. Both girls will teach in the city this winter. Dr. and Mrs. S. M. Souders, daugh ters Helen and Margaret and son Mott returned Saturday from a tour of Yel lowstone Park. They also spent two days at Rupert, Idaho, with Mrs. Souders' sister. Mrs, M. E. Peppinger, Opal Pep pinger, Merle Mettler and Don Cald walader returned Thursday from a tour of Yellowstone Park, They went in the Cody entrance and out by way of Livingston. Quite a number of Red Lodge peo ple spent Sunday at Mystic Lake, in cluding Mr. and Mrs. E, B. Provinse and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Albert and family, Jim Fleming and family, W. J. Beans and family, Mr, and Mrs. John Conway, Mrs. George Davis and family, Mrs. James Smith and family and Sam Whitman. The Misses Olive McCullough of Libson, Iowa and Jessamine Brown of Jessamine, California are guests of Miss Margaret Rogers. Miss Brown arrived in the city Sunday and ex pects to leave for Bozeman shortly to take up her duties at the state college. Miss McCullough hag been in Red Lodge since the first part of August.
