meet this obligation if I
am hampered by a Board
that refuses to recognize
the many duties that go
with the functioning of a
itheater group.

lcommunity I am therefore
continuing operations as
|the Virgin Islands Reper-
tory Theatre under the
same policies as existed
during t-e first year.
