RINAL THE HOME JOURI/ 2nd Year i ‘ Reef Bay Sale LLnds In $20,000 - Damage Suit . -A suit filed by Orlando Baa against Alice Marsh Jensen, Ellen Smith Dan iel and Frank Faulk, seek ing d amagesin the amount of $20,000 will be heard in the next session of the Distriet Court. The plaintif claim ed that in a power of attor ney issued in 1949, he was authorized by Mrs. Jensen and Mrs. Danieltosell Estate Reef Bay, St John, which was allegedly pur chased by Mr. Faulk for the sum of of $60,000. As a result of fraud and fraudulent concealment by the defendantg, the plain tiff said he was damaged in the amount of $20,0C0. Here To Train Tele. Peyrsonnel "Henry S.
