Few persons took seri ously the announcement made several weeks ago by James O’'Bryan that he would run for the leg islature. On Wednesday night, however, the former OPS Information Director came out as candidate at large, thus offering com petition to Henry Richards and Omar Brown, who are seeking re-election from that district. O*Bryan has teamed up with Oswald Harris, who isseeking his sixth termas member of the Town Dis trict. Both are leaders of the Progressive Guide, who have now wi hdrawn from that political organi zation.
