(Continued from yesterday’s Avis) (b) That any officer or fempioyee of the Muaicipality, wno in the perform ance of his official duties suffers injury of such a nature as to compel his sepa ration from the service, shall receive an annual pension equvalent to two thirds of the average amount to his salary dur ing the latest five years of his service in public offize was for a lesser term than fiue years, during his entire term of ser vice.
