His talk centers on the future of the purebred industry. Ev ery 'breeder of purebred livestock should hear Mr. Kildee, since there is perti&pa no other man in the United State* who lias a better insight of the «Mirebred livestock situation. As an ex pert judge in all the large livestock shows he has come in contact with prominent breeders,-stockmen and im porters. No man knows better than Mr. Kildee what the breeders must do if the .purebred standards are to be maintained. County Agent Quist in reporting the evening's program says that Professor Kildee's talk is not the only feature of tHe evening. The ladies of the Methodist church gave a banquet in the basement of the church Friday evening in honor of the members of the choir, orchestra mem bers and their wives. A dinner was served at 6 o'clock consisting of three courses. Flowers decorated the tables and decorations carried' throughout the evening. All present spent a very pleas ant evening and the members of the! choir and orchestra will render the Easter cantata at Manning in two weeks. R. C.
