An examination of the schedule and as sessor's book confirm the above statement, and A. The Hoard, at its September meeting, hav ing fixed the amount of clerk, deputy or bailiff and j.iil guard hire for the year at $ !,ti00. the same must be paid out of said allowance so made. 81 of 111. We find that said petitioners have complied with the law. and that sai l repairs were necessary as stated, and further, that sal 1 work is being and has been done. Your committee would recom mend that the county appropriate the turn uf one thousand dollars in full towards pay. for stil w .rk; also that the chairman appoint a special committee of two (2) mem hers of this Board to inspect said work as soon as finished, and upon filing with the county clerk a report approving said work, that he draw an order on the oounty treasurer for the above named sum of oue thousand dollars, payable to the treasurer of the commissioners of highways of the town of La Sall.
