RECENT DISCOVERY.—II. S. Bernard’s
Renovating Liquid, for extracting all kinds
of Oils, Paints, Tar, and Grease, from the most
delicate colored Silks, Satins, Cloths, Bomba
zines, or Velvets, without injuring, in the least,
their color or texture. ’
No danger need be apprehended in using it
upon the finest'and most delicate Silks—nor is
it like the soaps so commonly advertised in our
day, which, by removing one evil, almost in
variably produce another of double size; nor
does it require the preparatory means of all.
other renovators—such as hot irons and the
like. Only a little clean water, according to the
direction, is wanting.
Oil or Grease of any kind can be extracted
from the most delicate colored carpets, without
the usual tronble of taking them up. If used
according to the directions, it will at once ex
tract every particle of greuse from the finest
Cloth, or most delicate Silks, without injur
ing in the least the color or texture.
