Mrs. Kearney charges in her suit that since 1914 her husband has left his business and deserted her for several months at a time after being persuaded to do by "his vamp." She gives dates and addresses in fcur different cities where, she claims her husiband reveled with ""his vamp." Custody of her four children, two <rirls and two boys, is asked iby Mrs. Kearney.
