ISi'T and 1983 uf October 13th and November 1st, 1910. The Company has also applied to the State Corporation Commission for luthority to increase its freight rates within the State of Virginia. The pro posed new class rates are the same as :ho?e in effect on the Washington anil Old Dominion Railway, while the pro posed new commodity rates are the Washington-Virginia Railway Com pany's old rates, plus 25 per cent.
