Th attention of tho public is called to a great
discovery in Dentistry.
THE GREATEST ADVANCE STEP EVER
MADE TN THE ART.
The main difficulty in wearing artificial teeth is,
they do net hold in their placo firmly enough,
'iiitl add to this tho annoyance of food getting
ruler tho plate whilo eating. 1 have discover
Jd a method of to constructing tho plato on
illicit the teeth lire feet that they will not start
jr drop whilo eating or speaking, neither will
any particles of food get under tho plate, no
matter what tho condition of the mouth is,
vliich is not true of any method hithertoused.
1 have secured Letters Patent for the United
States, England and France.
The improvement is not in material, but in
the construction, whichseeurcs the atmospheric
pressure on tlio entire plato.
I have sold the exclusive of said improvement
to Dr. L. Oilman, to wit, tlio Counties of Frank

'I'HE MEDICINE ICR
WHOOPING COUtJJl.
Dodd's Nervine and Invigorator gives agreea
ble and almost instant relief in the spasms of
Whooping Cough. This is n complaint that all
children are expected to have; and when it
comes, strange to sav, they aro leit to light it
through as best they can, little or nothing be
ing done to break its intensity or belli the suf
ferers along. And when it is reflected that very
many of the. diseases of older and adult years
hae their origin in the tear and strain of Whoop
ing Cou'di, this negleet would be utterly unac
countable but for tho fact that ehildroh'n dis
eases, like many of the weaknesses of women,
aio consideiedso much a matter of course that
peoplo have become stoically unconcerned about
them. Let them cough it through, as we did,
seems generally to be the unfeeling word.
Whooping Cough is a nervous diiease, and
Dodd's Nervino and Invigorator treats it with
complete success. .Mothers try it, and save
your little ones the worst agonies ol this dis
tressing affection. A sure and b. nilleent Medi

I am not in the habit of taking'ndvertised
medicines, nor of certifying to their curative
effects when they conio under my observation ;
but I feel constrained to make an exception in
favoi-of DODD'S NERVINE AND INVIGORA
TOR, a inedicino I have used in my family ful
some time past. My little daughter had 'been
Buffering from severe Whooping Cough for seve
ral weeks, and was bo much .broken of rest at
night that by excessivo coughing and loss of
sleep- her constitution and general health
seemed to bo giving away. Various remedies
or paiiatives woro recommended by intimate
neighbors, but nothing was tried until our at
tention was called by a phvsician now in prac
tice, to Dodd's Norvina. Tins wo procured and
commenced using at once -with an ell'ect im
mediate and surprising. As the convulsions
were hardest at night, wo began bvgiiing the
Nervino on her going to bed, The Hint dose
administered nuido its impression ; tho cough
becamo less frequent, and very much le.-s se
vere sho soon got her accustomed sleep-rapidly
revived in health and vigor and in a few
days was as well as ever. Wnut was left of the
Whooping Cough was thereafter of no trouble.
Of course I cannot but consider Dodi l's Nervino
and imlgorator an invaluable remedy for this
distressing malady. I may add; that I have
since recommended it to several family friends,
iuliko circumsiances, and have found it in ev
ery ease to bo equally successful. It needs onlv
to bo known to couio into univeisul demand, '
