The main difliculty in wearing artificial teeth is, tboy do net hold in their place lirinly enough, and add to this the annoyance of food getting u.'uler tho plato while eating. I have discover ed a method of so constructing tho plato on "vhich tho teeth are set that they will not start .ir drop whilo eating or speaking, neither will any particles of food get under tho plate, no matter what tho condition of tho mouth is, hich is uot true of any method hithertoused. This is a complaint that all children aro expected to have; and when it comes, strange to say, they aro left to ligl t it through as best tboy can, little or nothing be ing done to break its intensity or help tho suf ferers along. And when it is reflected that very many of tho diseases of older and adult year's havo their origin in tho tear ami strain of Whoop ing Coii'th. this neglect would bo utterly unac countable but for the fact that children's dis eases, like many ot the weaknesses of women, are consideied so much :i matter of courso that people have beconto stoically unconcerned about them. Let them cough it through, as wo did, seems generally to be tho unfeeling wind. Whooping Cough is a nervous diiease, und Doild's Nervine and Invigorator treats it with complete success. Mothers try it, and Havo your little ones the worst agonies ol this dis tressing all'eelion. A sure and hi nilleent Medi cine, IMPORTANT CERTI FI C ATE . sii:r.i)V cum: ion wnooriNu couau J. W, Pi:cki:t. Esq., Brooklyn, N. Y. I am uot in the habit of taking advertised medicines, nor of certifying to their curative effects when they come under my observation ; but I feel constrained to mako an exception in favor of DODD'S NERVINE AND INVIGORA TOR, a medicine I havo used in my family for some time past. My little daughter had 'been sull'ering from severe Whooping Cough for seve ral wee ks, and was so much broken of rest at night tliat by excessive coughing and loss et sleep her constitution and general health seemed to bo giving away. Various remedies or paiiatives wcro recommended by intimato neighbors, but nothing was tried until our at tention was called by a physician now in prac tice, to Dodd's Norvma. This wo procured and commenced using al once -witli an ell'ect im mediate and surprising. As tho convulsions were hardest at night, we began by giving tho Nervine on her going to bed, Tho first doso administered mado its impression ; tho cough becamo less frequent, and very much loss se vcro slio soon got her accustomed sleep rap idly revived in health and vigor and in a few days was as well as ever. Wnat was left of tho Whooping Cough was thereafter of no trouble. Of courso I cannot but considor Dodd's Nervine and invigorator an invaluable remedy for this distressing malady. I may add; that I have since recommended it to several family frionds, in like circumstances, and have found it In nv. cry caso to bo equally successful.
